Abstract
Treatment with or without extraction has always sparked a debate in orthodontics. With the new trends in orthodontic practice, extractions are less prescribed giving rise to more conservative treatments. However, neither non-extraction nor extraction treatment should be goals of treatment in themselves. This cases report discusses the two treatment options, their indications and their effects.
