MSc. Tulay Oncu Oner is a specialist in Manisa Celal Bayar University, Manisa, Turkey, since 2015. She graduated from Ege University, Department of Bioengineering in 2011. She worked as a graduation thesis in a research named “Identification of Genetic Variation of Isolates Among Verticillium Dahliae Kleb. Using AFLP Markers” under the supervision of Bahattin Tanyolac. She earned her Master’s degree in the Department of Medical Biology and Genetics at Dokuz Eylul University Medical School, Izmir, Turkey, in 2014. She completed her MSc thesis “Identification of Genes Associated with Corpus Callosum Abnormalities Using Genomic Changes” under the supervision of Sultan Cingoz. She is still a PhD student in same department.
Tulay Oncu Oner Research Interests are In Silico Analysis of Functional and Structural Impact of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs), Computational Analysis, Bioinformatic Tools, Molecular Marker Techniques, Gene-Disease Relationships, Conventional Cytogenetic Analysis, Bioengineering, Medical Biology and Genetics, Bioistatistics.
