Graduated in Pharmacy, with Master in Natural Products by Federal University of Paraíba (Brazil) and PhD in Development and Technological Innovation in Medicines. I am a professor in Chemistry and Physics Department at Federal University of Paraíba, lecturing Biochemistry, Molocular Biology and Chemistry of Natural Products. On research, I have been working on drug discovery and identification of natural compounds by spectrometry, spectroscopy and chromatography, with great interest in biological activities of natural compounds, such as flavonoids, alkaloids and terpenoids.
