Dr. Christopher Choi is currently working as a Global Manager of The Toxicology and Product Stewardship department within Ashland, LLC. He hold his PhD degree in Biomedical Science with focuses on Neuroscience and Toxicology from Iowa State University. Dr. Choi is also a Diplomate with the American Board of Toxicology, and Registered with the United Kingdom Register of Toxicologists and a European Registered Toxicologist. He has worked in various pharmaceutical, consumer product and medical device companies. He also represents Ashland in various scientific and regulatory associations such as the American Chemistry Council, Society of Chemical Manufacturers Association, Personal Care Product Council’s Scientific, Regulatory and Toxicology Council, Product Advocacy work groups, and with the American Cleaning Institute. He is well experienced in toxicological assessment of new drug development, medical device evaluations, personal care product safety evalulations, occupational exposure, drug permissible daily exposure and API handling.
