Dr. Ying Qu is a multi-disciplinary scientist, currently works in Exagen Diagnostics Inc., USA. She received her BS and MS in Chemistry from Lanzhou University, China and PhD in Neuroscience from Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Postdoctoral training from National Institute on Aging/National Institutes of Health, USA. She has been involved in a drug discovery and development program in Pharmaceutical Research and Development of Johnson & Johnson and Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc. in USA. She has published over 30 peer-reviewed papers, 40 abstracts and 2 book chapters in both fields of Neuropharmacology and Analytical Chemistry. Her main research interests have been focusing on the studies of autoimmune disease and mode disorder utilizing modern analytical technologies to monitor biomarkers and therapeutics for disease diagnosis, treatment prediction and prognostication.
