Md Rashedunnabi Akanda DVM, MS (Pharmacology), Ph.D (Molecular Biology). My Ph.D. degree was pursued in cell biology and molecular medicine under the supervision of Prof. Byung-Yong Park (Chonbuk National University, South Korea). Presently, I’m working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Sylhet Agricultural University, Bangladesh. I’ve more than 25 publications in peer-reviewed and high indexed journals. Currently, I’m an editorial board member of Journal “Annals of clinical toxicology” and “EC Pharmacology and Toxicology”.

Md Rashedunnabi Akanda's Research Interests are phytomedicine/standardized compound and therapeutic application (anti-inflammation, antioxidant, and anti-apoptosis) in cellular and animal disease model. My immense attention has been in interactions between medicine and host cellular pathway.
