Dr. Zülal Atlı Şekeroğlu is an associate professor at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Ordu University, Turkey. She received her Ph.D. from Ondokuz Mayıs University, Turkey. From 2012 to 2013, she was a visiting scholar (sponsored by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) at the Wise Laboratory of Environmental and Genetic Toxicology, University of Southern Maine, Portland, ME, USA.
