Biography

Dr. Jennifer Mytych (PhD.) is Research Associate at Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Rzeszow, Poland. She completed her PhD in Biology from Univeristy of Rzeszow. She has received international research training from University of Lund (Malmo, Sweden), University of Aarhus (Aarhus, Denmark). Scientifically, she is interested in mechanisms of monocytic premature immunosenescence induced by microbial antigens and searching for novel biological strategies preventing their activation, in particular klotho protein. She is also specialized in mechanisms of nanoparticles toxicity. She has multiple scientific and academic achievements with project funding, publications in prestigious journals and presentations in both national and international conferences. Also, she is a member of Polish Biochemical Society.
