Dr. O.M. Ighodaro is a fully trained Biochemist. His B.Sc. degree from University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria, M.Sc. degree from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria and Ph.D degree from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria are all in the field of Biochemistry. Dr. O.M. Ighodaro is currently a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the Department of Biochemistry, Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria. He has a strong passion to present Biochemistry as an interesting and easy course for anyone to follow. He is a Lead and Corresponding Author of several cutting-edge peer reviewed research articles published in both local and international journals of high impact factor, indexed in high profile scholarly websites. He is the author of the `students-friendly book` BIOENERGETIC MADE EASY. Dr O.M. Ighodaro is an eminent member of several professional bodies, including Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (NSBMB), Society for Experimental Biology of Nigeria (NISEB), Society of Toxicologists (SOT) and Society of Medicinal Plant and Natural Product Research. He is also a recipient of a number of Awards including Bill and Melinda Gate Global Health Travelling Award. Dr O.M. Ighodaro is an astute Reviewer and Editorial board member for many journals of international repute. He is a regular speaker in several international conferences and workshops.
