Dr. Sisay Shewasinad Yehualashet is lecturer in the Department of nursing in Government university at Debre Birhan University, Ethiopia. I am a graduate nurse of MadaWalabu university with a CGPA of 3.5 undergraduate and MSc on child health nursing from Addis Abaaba University with CGPA of 3.83 and have a 1 year and 2 months experience as a clinical nurse at wogere and Jihur health center, 1 year at Mizan Aman health science college and 6 years and 9 months lecturer at university. Generally, I have been also working with nursing students in clinical attachments as an supervisor at different hospitals and health centre, where students are getting their practical skills. I have had trainings on Basic computer skills, IMNCI (Integrated Management of Newborn and Childhood illness), safe injection practice, safe abortion, TB and HIV/AIDS AND effective teaching methodology and others listed below. The training helped me to look on the ways enhancing problem identification, prioritization and implementations strategies to improve health services of a given community.
Dr. Sisay Shewasinad Yehualashet research interests are Pediatrics, Neonatology and nursing related articles. I have published more than 15 papers in reputed international and national journals. I participated on different qualitative and quantitative research.
