Dr. Naveen Mangal obtained his bachelor’s in pharmacy from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India. Dr. Mangal graduated with a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from reputed University of Florida, Orlando, FL, USA. Currently, he is working as Senior Scientist, Clinical Pharmacology at EMD Serono Research and Development Institute, Boston, USA, a pharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes variety of drugs and therapies for the treatment of cancer. His research work has been published in the prominent journals in pharmaceutical sciences such as Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Journal of Cancer, Hematological Oncology etc. He has also extensively reviewed manuscripts for many of the reputed journals such as Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, ADMET & DMPK etc. He is also serving as an editor of Journal of Bioequivalence and Bioavailability. Since last 10 years (Pharmaceutical Industry/Research lab), he has been working extensively on application of quantitative clinical pharmacology tools to answer clinically relevant questions to expedite the development and approval of new drugs for the treatment of variety of diseases.
