Biography

Prof. Ikram NASR is Professor of Cardiothoracic Anesthesia, Anesthesia and Intensive Care Department , Faculty of Medicine , Cairo University , Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Ikram Nasr obtained MB BCh of Medicine at Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt and a Master of Anesthesia at Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt . She earned MD in Anesthesia at Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University. & Diploma of Ultrasound guided nerve blocks, Paris University12. Dr. Ikram Nasr worked as a Professor of Anesthesia Cairo University & Consultant in Anesthetics, New Kasr El-Eini Teaching Hospital, Almanial Specialist Hospital, Children Hospital Insurance Abu El-Reesh : Ministry of Health , Egypt. She worked as Deputy Director of Intensive Care Unit , Dar Al-Fouad Hospital Cairo, Egypt and as an International Fellow at Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA.


Research Interest

Prof. Ikram Nasr is interested in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia , Ultrasound guided local anesthetic nerve blocks , Post-Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care , Transesophageal Echocardiography in the ICU , Airway Management Program & Establishing, and Running of Intensive Care Units.
