Dr. Mustafa TUNÇSOY got a Ph.D. at the University of Cukurova. Currently, he is a researcher at the University of Çukurova. His research work is developed at the Ecotoxicology Laboratory of the Biology Department. Dr. Mustafa TUNÇSOY research focused on the effects of organic and inorganic contaminants such as nanomaterials, nanoparticles, metal oxide nanoparticles, and heavy metals on aquatic organisms. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Toxicology. He has been responsible for several research projects with other countries such as Portugal, Brasil, and the USA.

Dr. Mustafa TUNÇSOY is interested in fields of research that are Ecotoxicology, Nanotoxicology, and Nanoecotoxicology. His present research focuses on the effects of heavy metals and metal nanoparticles on various fish species.
