Biography

Dr. Mohamed M. Seif is an Associated Professor in the Department of Toxicology and Food Contaminants at the National Research center. He obtained a Bachelor of Animal Physiology, M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Toxicology and Animal Physiology at Ain-Shams University, Cairo. Egypt 2012 and 2015, respectively. He has finished his postdoctoral study at the College of Animal Sciences and Technology. Northwest A&F University, Yangling, China from 2019 to 2021. Dr. Seif is a member of the Arab Association for aromatic plants. Member of the Egyptian Association of Food Safety.


Research Interest

Prof. Mohamed M. Seif is interested in fields of research that are Toxicology and molecular biology, Medicinal Plants, Polyphenol Protection. His present research focuses on searching for bioactive compounds type polyphenols with pro/antioxidant activity to use as alternatives to treat human chronic diseases.
