Lana Bergman graduated from the School of dental medicine, University of Zagreb in 2004. She became an assistant at the Department of Fixed Prosthodontics in 2004. and a novice researcher in 2005. She became specialist in dental prosthodontics in 2011. She defended her PhD entitled "The impact of surface treatment of zirconium oxide ceramics on the bonding strength of veneering ceramics" in March 2013. and thus acquired the academic title of Doctor of Biomedical Sciences, field of dental medicine. She became an assistant professor and research associate in 2017. He has been actively involved in the scientific and teaching activities of the Department of Fixed Prosthodontics at the School of dental medicine, University of Zagreb since 2005. She is the author and co-author of several chapters in books and scientific and professional papers in foreign and domestic journals. She is a lecturer in continuing education courses for dentists. She actively participates in international scientific and professional conferences in the country and abroad.
Ass. Prof. Lana Bergman is interested in fields of prosthodontics and material research. Her present research focuses on dental ceramics research .
