Dr. Prakash Mandhan is a Pediatric Surgeon and Urologist with special interests in academic surgery. He is currently holding a position of Senior Consultant Paediatric Surgeon & Urologist in the Department of Surgery HMC and Assistant Professor Clinical Surgery in Weill Cornell Medical College-Qatar, Weill Cornell University, New York. He has a significant interest in molecular biology research. He completed Ph.D in Developmental Molecular Biology from Otago University (New Zealand) in 2008 and since then he has been more active in basic science and clinical research. He authored/co-authored more than 56 publications and have 106 conference proceedings in International, National and Regional clinical/scientific meetings.
He is passionate and committed professional with more than 25-years of progressively learning and delivering clinical care for children in premier centers across the globe. He persuaded his career as Academic Surgeon and to carry on his passion of excellence in clinical care, teaching and research in pediatric surgery.
