Dr. Feng Li joined the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Alkek Center for Molecular Discovery, Baylor College of Medicine in March 2014. Before moved to Baylor, he worked in the Lab of chemical biology in National Institute on Drug Abuse, NIH, as a visiting scholar and postdoctoral fellow in Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He is research focus on the drug metabolism & drug-induced liver injury using mice with humanized liver and primary human hepatocytes. LC-MS-based targeted and untargeted metabolomics are employed together with transgenic animal models for his researches. He has authored more than 30 papers on peer-reviewed reputed journals.
