Dr. Nachman Brautbar is a board-certified internist and nephrologist, with a specialization in toxicology. His list of past and present academic appointments include: Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Southern California, School of Medicine. He specializes in the toxicological and internal medicine aspects of injury in the workplace and environment, product liability, personal injury, standard of care. He has published over 200 scientific papers and book chapters. He has testified on cases requiring future medical monitoring and cancer risk assessment. He has worked with both the Plaintiff and Defense. He has testified as an expert witness in toxic torts and product liability cases, and he frequently serves as a consultant on national and international levels. He has testified in the California State Senate and the United States Senate on toxic groundwater contamination.
