Dr. Pattipati received his Ph.D. in Neuropharmacology from the Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. After his graduation he worked as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at Panjab University. He had postdoctoral training (Cannabinoid Research), at Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA. After the postdoctoral training he spent 7 plus years in Pharmaceutical Industry and involved in several new drug discovery programs. His research interest includes Neuropharmacology, affective and neurodegenerative disorders, pain and inflammation and fibrotic disorders. He has outstanding records of scientific and academic accomplishments with multiple research funding, numerous publications in highly prestigious journals and various presentations in both national and international conferences. He was the recipient of various national and international awards for his outstanding scientific contributions including “Rafelson Young Investigator Award” by International College of Neuropsychopharmacology. He served as a scientific reviewer for various journals of national and international repute and for research institutions.
