Dr. Weam Banjar (BDS., MS in clinical researcher) was born in Saudi Arabia. She graduated from the King Abdulaziz University Faculty of Dentistry and completed her post-graduated education at New York University where she completed her comprehensive dentistry fellowship and master degree in clinical research. She then joined the population medicine and diagnostic health department at Cornell University and worked as a visiting scientist at Prof. Hussni O. Mohammed lab where she handled different laboratory activities as well as data management and scientific writing. Now, she is a researcher at the ministry of health.
