Dr. Alrayes received her Bachelor of Art (BA.) and Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS.) degrees with honors from Trinity College, Dublin-Ireland in 2006.
In 2008, she earned her Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MFDS-RCSI). She then continued her specialty training in periodotics and received her Certificate of Periodontology and Master of Science (MSc) degrees from Tufts University, Boston - USA in 2011. Dr. Alrayes was given the position of the chief resident during her residency.
In 2012, Dr. Alrayes completed a one year advanced Periodontal Surgery (Microsurgery) Fellowship training at Tufts University, Boston - USA and achieved her Diplomate status from the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Alrayes worked as a part-time faculty at Kuwait University for one year and continued working at the department of Periodontology in Alameri Hospital.
Dr. Alrayes is interested in providing dental care and establishing dental clinics for those who are in need. She is currently leading a group of dental volunteers from Kuwait to provide dental care for the refugees.
