Priscila Bacarin Hermann was graduated from the Federal University of Parana (Curitiba, Parana, Brazil) in 2005 with qualification in Pharmacy and then she had subspecialty in biochemistry. She worked at Pequeno Principe Childrenís Hospital (Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, 2006 to 2012) specifically in the department of hematology in the laboratory of clinical analyzes. She got a masterís degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Federal University of Parana, Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, 2011) with emphasis in oxidative stress in hemolytic anemias and she got a Ph.D. also in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Federal University of Parana, Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, 2015) with scientific research in patients with sickle cell disease. She is a professor at the Campos de Andrade University Center (Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, since 2012), teaching in the areas of clinical analyzes, mainly Hematology. Since 2014, she is member of the Brazilian Army, serving as a pharmaceutical lieutenant at the General Hospital of Curitiba (Parana, Brazil).
