Dr. Pone Kamdem Boniface (M.Sc., Ph.D.) is a Researcher at the Institute of Chemistry, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil. He accomplished his Ph.D. in Life sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru University (India). Scientifically, He has been interested in the chemical investigation of herbal raw materials/medicinal plants, instrumentation (HPLC), analytical and bioanalytical method validation, toxicological and pharmacological studies. He has also been involved in the semi-synthetic modification of natural product scaffolds in the drive for discovering new lead molecules. Technically, He has been interested in the development and standardization of small animal models to evaluate biomolecules (potential leads) for their therapeutic efficacy and toxicity profile. He has outstanding records of scientific and academic accomplishments, numerous publications in highly reputed journals and various presentations in both national and international conferences.
