Dr. Deepmala Joshi accomplished her Ph.D. in Zoology (Toxicology and Pharmacology) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.). She has worked as a Women Scientist "A" in the scheme of Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi. She has been awarded various Fellowships i.e. JRF of Jiwaji University, Gwalior, SRF & RA of CCRUM (Ministry of Ayush, Government of India), New Delhi. She received many National and International awards. She has outstanding records of scientific and academic accomplishments with multiple research funding, numerous publications in prestigious journals and various presentations in both national and international conferences. Amongst her other achievements is that she is also serving as an Editor of the "Chemical Science Review and Letters" journal, Editorial board member of "Journal of Heavy Metal Toxicity and Diseases" and "Webmed Central under the specialty-Zoology", an Advisory Board Member of "World Research Journal of Biosciences" and Reviewer of various scientific indexed national and international journals. Scientifically, He has been interested in developing novel therapeutic agent OR conventional therapy for heavy metal toxicity.
