Dr. TIAGO SEVERO PEIXE is a Professor of Toxicology in the Department of Pathology, and Clinical and Toxicological Analysis, Center of Health Sciences at the State University of Londrina, Parana, Brazil. Dr. Peixe has a PhD (2010) and Master (2006) of Toxicology and Toxicological Analysis by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences University of Sao Paulo (USP), Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety by the International (ILO) / United Nations (UN) (2006), Turin, Italy. His background is Pharmaceutical-Biochemistry by the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) (2003), Brazil. He has experience in Occupational Toxicology and acting in aspects of environmental monitoring and biological environment work in analytical techniques and HPLC; GC; EAA; ICP and in the preparation of security documentation chemical criteria for the Classification of Dangerous Goods in the Community European and U.S.A. He does research in the area of Occupational Toxicology, Analytical Toxicology and Environmental Health. Nowadays, he teaches undergraduate courses (Pharmacy and Medical School) at the State University of Londrina, Parana, Brazil.
