Dr. Sameeh A. Mansour (M.Sc. & Ph.D. in Pesticide Chemistry, Alexandria Univ., Egypt) is the Former Head of Pesticide Chemistry Department, National Research Centre (NRC), Cairo, Egypt. Presently, he is Emeritus Research Professor of Pesticides & Environmental Toxicology (NRC) and President of the National Committee of Toxicology, Academy of Scientific Research & Technology (ASRT), Egypt. He is the Founder of "Environmental Toxicology Research Unit, ETRU" at (NRC); Official Representative of the Egyptian Society of Toxicology (EST) at the International Union of Toxicology (IUTOX); Member of the Directory Board of the National Poison Control Center, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University; Scientific Consultant at Ministry of Culture for protection and conservation of cultural documents; and Member of the higher Agricultural Pesticides Committees at Ministry of Agriculture & Soil Reclamation, Egypt (Registration, Recommendations and Harmonization with the International Agencies, e.g., WHO, EPA, IARC, EU and others). Professor Mansour organized International Scientific Conferences in collaboration with IUTOX, UNESCO, NATO and involved in organization of the ICT and CTDC series since 1995 in different world cities. He has been recognized in the Book "History of IUTOX: 1977-2007", and awarded the IUTOX Recognition (2015) for "Creation of Egypt Cup: Together for Human & Environmental Welfare". Professor Mansour has outstanding records of scientific and academic accomplishments with multiple research projects, numerous publications in highly prestigious journals and various presentations in both national and international conferences. Moreover, he contributed in Sixteen Book Chapters published by Wiley, Springer, Taylor & Frances and others.
