He accomplished his masters in Pharmacology and Toxicology from National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Institute (NIPER), Guwahati, Assam. He has worked on different therapeutic areas like Breast cancer, Non-small cell lung cancer, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, Peyronie's disease, Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Malignant melanoma, Prostate cancer, Multiple myeloma, Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes), infectious diseases, and migraine etc. He has communicated his research and findings through publications in highly prestigious journals and various presentations in both national and international conferences.
