Dr. Omar Chamdine graduated from medical school in Belarussia in 2004 and joined the pediatric residency program at the American University in Beirut until 2009 after which he did a 2year fellowship in pediatric hematology-oncology at the University of Lille 2 in France (2009-2011) followed by another 2 years of pediatric hematology-oncology fellowship at the American University of Beirut (2011-2013). From 2013 till 2015 he finished a 2-year fellowship in pediatric neurooncology at St Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis USA. He occupied the position of head of pediatric oncology division at the Middle East Institute of Health in Beirut in 2016 and moved to KSA (Almoosa Specialist Hospital) where he currently occupy the position of the vice chairman of the pediatric department. He is active in the field of research with more than 8 publications in highly ranked journals.
