Dr Snezana Pejic studied biology at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. In 1999 she obtained an MSc degree in Physiology and Endocrinology and in 2007 a PhD degree in Biomedicine from Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade. After having worked in Faculty of Biology, since 1995 she is working in Laboratory for Molecular Biology and Endocrinology, “Vinca” Institute for Nuclear Sciences, University of Belgrade, Serbia. She has active research collaborations with basic science investigators and clinical pathologists in exploring the pathogenesis of human neoplasia.
Her research interests are: Cellular and molecular basis of neoplasia, Endometrial carcinogenesis, Antioxidant defense, Gene expression regulation, Transcription factors
