Sghaier Ikram She got Licence degree in analytic and experiment biology, Master degree in microbiology and molecular epidemiology, Specialist in immunogenetics and virology at university of Tunis-El Manar Tunisia. She got the Award of best participation twice from “Gastroenterology association in Tunis Congress (STGE)”. Currently she is focusing on the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of inflammatory and immunological mediators with the outcome of HCV and HBV infection. In particular, on the functional contribution of these SNPs in HCV treatment response, using a personalized medicine approach.
Her Research Interests are Hepatitis C, B, Hepatology, HCC and pharmacology
