Dr. Esra Emerce completed her M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree at Gazi University, Health Sciences Institute, Department of Toxicology and her undergraduate studies at Gazi University, Faculty of Pharmacy. She is currently working in the same faculty as a toxicologist. She also studies in Epidemiology at Hacettepe University. She has worked as 10 projects as a researcher and a coordinator.

Esra Emerce research interests mainly focus on drug safety, drug impurities and regulations, genotoxicity, toxicogenetics, computational-based toxicology, and environmental toxicology.
