Dr Atish Prakash is currently working as Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in dept of CNS infectious disease, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Baltimore, USA. Before he was working as Associate Professor in Pharmacology at ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, India. His major area of interest is neuropharmacology, particularly Alzheimer’s disease and CNS disorders. Previously, he had been working in various premier neuroscience centres like Brain Degeneration and Therapeutics Group, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, The Flory Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, The University of Melbourne, Australia, National Brain Research Centre, Manesar, India and Neurology dept, PGIMER, Chandigarh, India. He had completed his doctoral degree from University Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. He has received many national and international recognized awards from different societies. He is an active member of many neuroscience societies. He also served as an Editorial Board member for various prestigious journals. He is also in the panel of review committee for many national and international journals. He has contributed more than 48 research papers in high-impact internationally reputed journals. He had also presented his research finding in different national and international congress.
