Dr. Gaurav Kumar Jain is Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutics at School of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Jamia Hamdard (Hamdard University), Delhi, India. He obtained his Master’s and Ph.D degree in Pharmaceutics from the Jamia Hamdard. Dr. Jain has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience in field of Nanotechnology, Drug delivery and Clinical and Experimental Pharmacology and Toxicology. He has published more than 55 publications in journals with high impact, is co-editor of 05 books in Pharmaceutics and is co-author of several chapters in reference and textbooks. Dr. Jain also provides consultancy to pharmaceutical companies and has done projects for Abbott, Ranbaxy, GlaxoSmithKline, Galderma and several other Pharma MNCs. He also holds position of Hon’ble Secretary at Indian Pharmaceutical Association-Delhi and of Member Secretary at Good Society for Ethical Research. His research interests are in Pharmacological and Toxicological aspects of Drug Delivery to Brain, Eye, Skin, and Lungs.
